Bill Stallings has served as our Pastor at Chester Freedom Ministries since July 2004 and is a graduate of Trinity College of the Bible & Trinity Theological Seminary with a B.A in Biblical Counseling. He and his wife Teri, have two grown children, Kristin and Landon. God has given Bill a heart for teaching people how to have a deeper relationship with Christ through practical preaching, mentoring, and biblical discipleship that equips believers with the tools they need to live a victorious life in Christ. Bill has a passion for helping those who are broken by sin and life’s circumstances and ministers to the hurts and wounds that keep God’s people from enjoying their relationship with God and others through inner healing and deliverance. He is deeply interested in teaching people who they are in Christ while helping them find their gifting and place in the body of Christ. He is also passionate about ministering to the body through pastoral care and counseling.
